Results of 2022 Annual Members' Meeting
On April 12, 2022, Lake Area Corn Processors, LLC ("LACP") held its 2022 annual members' meeting to vote on the election of two managers.
Proposal One: Election of Managers
Rick Kasperson and Dave Wolles were elected by a plurality vote of the members to serve terms which will expire in 2025. The votes for the nominee managers were as follows:
