Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 20, 2008, SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Registration Statement on Form 8-A, registering its common stock under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The NASDAQ Stock Market has approved the relisting of the Company’s common stock, and the Company anticipates that its common stock will begin trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market at the opening of the market on Monday June 23, 2008. The stock will trade under the symbol “SRLS.”
