Explanation of Responses:

1. The Form 4 filed on behalf of the reporting person on September 8, 2022 inadvertently reported an award of 13,900 shares of restricted common stock. This amendment is being filed to clarify that no additional award of restricted stock was made on September 6, 2022. The amount reported in Column 5 of Table I has been updated to reflect the number of shares of Common Stock actually held by the reporting person as of September 6, 2022.
