(b): On April 2, 2012, Keizo Koya, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, Drug Development of Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp. (“Synta”), informed Synta of his intention to resign. The effective date of Dr. Koya’s resignation will be April 6, 2012.
