On July 26, 2018 SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the “Company”) furnished a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”), under Item 5.02 announcing, amoung other things, the appointment of two interim Co-Chief Financial Officers. The Original Form 8-K stated that the date that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the interim Co-Chief Fiancial Officers was June 24, 2018. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed William Seagrave, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and Aaron Tam, who served as the Company’s Finance Manager, as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers of the Company on July 24, 2018.
Accordingly, the Company is furnishing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A to correct this typographical error. Other than the preceding disclosure, no other disclosure reported in the Original Form 8-K is amended pursuant to this Report.
