Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Dwango North America Corp. (the “Company”) held on June 17, 2005, the stockholders of the Company approved an amendment to the Company’s 2003 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized to be issued under the Plan by 500,000, from 6,000,000 to 6,500,000.
