1. Under terms of this Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) award, 3,300 of the granted RSUs vested on both August 15, 2015 and August 15, 2016. The remaining unvested RSUs are scheduled to vest on August 15, 2017, subject to the reporter's continued status as a service provider of the Company at the time of the scheduled vesting date.
