Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On March 2, 2006 the Company issued a press release announcing transfer of the Company's listing of its common stock from the American Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Stock Market effective Monday, March 6, 2006. The new ticker symbol will be CCOI on NASDAQ. The press release is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
