Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer
On September 30, 2016, Jill A. Livesay announced her intention to resign as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (including as Principal Accounting Officer) of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Livesay will remain an employee of the Company and continue to serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer until October 29, 2016. Ms. Livesay’s departure is not the result of any disagreement regarding the Company’s financial reporting or accounting policies, procedures, estimates or judgments.
