On April 18, 2016, Mark Noffke resigned as Chief Financial Officer of EFactor Group Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Noffke’s resignation did not result from any disagreements with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is reviewing internal candidates to replace Mr. Noffke. Mr. Noffke will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
On April 21, 2016, Ad Prins andLeslie Greenresigned as directors of the Company, effective immediately. The foregoing resignations did not result from any disagreements with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
