Nidec to Delist Its Singaporean Subsidiary Brilliant from SGX
Nidec Corporation (“Nidec”, NYSE: NJ) announced today that the shareholders of its Singaporean subsidiary, Brilliant Manufacturing Limited (“Brilliant”) approved the Delisting Proposal resolution at the extraordinary general meeting held on July 16, 2007. Brilliant will be delisted from SGX in mid-August.
