On September 25, 2014, Tribute Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to the receipt by the Company of an additional patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for intellectual property that is central to one of the Company’s lead products, Uracyst®.
