On November 5, 2010, the Company announced it had placed a firm order for 6 E190 aircraft with Embraer for delivery in 2011 starting in August. The Company also has conditional firm orders for 18 E190 or E195 aircraft.
A copy of the Company’s press release, dated November 5, 2010, announcing the agreement is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
