Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On September 25, 2006, Gregory White, president of iRobot Home Robots, informed iRobot Corporation (“the Company”) that he intends to retire in 2007 or as soon as the Company can name a successor. Mr. White will continue in his role as division president until his successor is named. On September 28, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing that Mr. White has notified the Company that he intends to retire, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
