MTR Announces Departure of Alternate Board Member
As Mrs Rita Lau Ng Wai-lan ceased to be the Permanent Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works (“ET&W”) of the Government with effect from 2 January 2004, the Board of Directors of MTR Corporation Limited announced that she also ceased to be an alternate director to the Secretary for the ET&W (Dr Sarah Liao Sau-tung) with effect from the same date.
