REMINDER OF SPECIAL MEETING

In the past few weeks you received a package containing proxy material regarding the upcoming special meeting scheduled for August 22nd, 2011.  If you have not done so, please make sure you vote and mail your proxy in the return envelope.  If you have any questions about the proxy, please contact Steve McNinch or Curt Sheldon at Western Plains Energy, L.L.C.  They can be reached during normal office hours at (785) 672-8810.

It is extremely important that as many unit holders as possible vote.  In order for the vote to be official, a majority of the holders of the class A units as well as the holders of the majority of the class B and C units must cast their proxy.   The meeting will be held at the Oakley Country Club at 7:00 pm.  All unit holders are welcome to attend.
