Q2 2004 Milestones Second quarter 2004 net income of $17.4 million or $0.69 per L.P. unit, as compared to $11.9 million or $0.51 per L.P. unit in the prior year quarter 2004 first half net income of $31.1 million, a 4.6 percent increase over last year's $29.7 million Increase in distribution of $0.0175 ($0.07 annualized) per unit to $0.5875 ($2.35 annualized), a 3.1 percent increase - Sixth distribution increase since our IPO, from $1.80 to $2.35 per unit - Total increase of $0.55 per unit, or 30.6 percent, since the February 2002 IPO On June 28, closed on the acquisition of an additional 33 1/3% interest in Harbor Pipeline for $7.3 million On April 28, closed on the acquisition of 2 refined product terminals for $12 million from ConocoPhillips On April 7, closed on sale of 3.4 million common units for gross proceeds of $135 million to primarily fund acquisitions and redeem 2.2 million common units held by Sunoco 3
