SUNOCO LOGISTICS ANNOUNCES FORTY-FOURTH SUCCESSIVE QUARTER OVER QUARTER DISTRIBUTION INCREASE AND EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL DATE
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA. April 28, 2016 - Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) (the "Partnership") today announced that Sunoco Partners LLC, its general partner, has declared a cash distribution for the first quarter 2016 of $0.489 per common unit ($1.96 annualized) to be paid on May 13, 2016 to unit holders of record on May 9, 2016. This represents a 17 percent increase over the first quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.419 per common unit ($1.68 annualized). This is the forty-fourth successive quarter the Partnership has increased its distribution.
The Partnership also announced that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. CT) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter 2016. Earnings are expected to be released after the market closes on Wednesday, May 4, 2016.
