On June 10, 2014, Mark B. Slaughter, Chief Executive Officer and President of RigNet, Inc. (the “Company”), is expected to present at the Association for Corporate Growth Luncheon in Houston, Texas. In connection with the conference, the Company is expected to prepare presentation slides, which are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
