At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on April 29, 2015, R. Randall Rollins, Richard K. Struthers and Henry B. Tippie were re-elected as directors by our stockholders. Directors whose terms of office continued after the meeting were Patrick J. Bagley, Timothy R. Horne, Denis McGlynn and Jeffrey W. Rollins.
