("GEI Side V" and, together with GEI V, the "GEI Funds"), and LGP Iceberg Coinvest, LLC ("LGP Ice") in connection with the closing of an underwritten public offering and repurchase of Shares by the Issuer (the "Offering"). Of the 6,278,340 Shares sold, 4,794,487 Shares were sold by GEI V, 1,438,230 Shares were sold by GEI Side V, and 45,623 were sold by LGP Ice. |
