Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 14, 2013, Wizard World, Inc. (the “Company”) received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for quotation and trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the stock symbol “WIZD”. The Company will also continue to trade on the OTCQB.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
