Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 16, 2011, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $200,368.08. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2012, payable on February 17, 2012.
A copy of the News Release issued by the registrant on December 19, 2011, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01 and is incorporated here by reference.
