Item 8.01 Other Events.
FNB Bancorp announced that it has declared a stock dividend on October 28, 2016 aggregating approximately 230,804 shares, payable at the rate of one share of Common Stock for every twenty (20) shares of Common Stock owned. The stock dividend will be payable December 30, 2016, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2016.
