On July 31, 2006, Willow Grove Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing information on the cash dividend to be paid by the Company on its outstanding shares of common stock in August 2006. The dividend is payable August 25, 2006 to shareholders of record as of August 11, 2006.
