Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers;Election of Directors;Appointment of Principal Officers.
On November 16, 2007, the Board of Directors of the registrant accepted the resignations of James Peter Matheson as Director/Secretary and Kurt Albert Pichler as Director/Treasurer.
The Board of Directors shall now consist of one (1) members: Kent Douglas Vaesen, President, Secretary and Treasurer. The registrant plans to fill these two Directors vacancies once suitable candidates are approved.
