On October 4, 2016, Jon A. Cox, Chief Innovation and Information Officer of EnPro Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), retired early as an officer of the Company and from all positions which he held as a director, manager and officer of the Company’s subsidiaries. The Company and Mr. Cox have not yet finalized the terms of his early retirement.
