Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 5, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Kyto Technology and Life Science, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the Kyto Technology and Life Science, Inc. 2021 Stock and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), pursuant to which employees, qualified consultants, independent contractors, advisors and directors of the Company can be awarded stock options to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock. Up to 2,000,000 shares of common stock can be issued pursuant to the Plan. A copy of the Plan is filed as Exhibit 4.1 to this Form 8-K.
