Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On November 1, 2009, Mr. Todd Abbott informed Procera Networks, Inc., or Procera, and its Board of Directors that he would not stand for reelection as a director of Procera. Mr. Abbott’s departure from the Board did not result from or involve any disagreement with the Company.
