Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 21, 2010, Signature Exploration and Production Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing the Company has entered into a non-exclusive right and Option with Left Behind Recovery, LLC to acquire up to a 70% pre payout/50% post payout working interest in the drilling of two vertical wells. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on September 21, 2010 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7 of this Current Report on Form 8-K as if fully set forth herein.
