Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 1, 2008, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. subsidiary (“Pinnacle”) will temporarily operate for Delta Air Lines (“Delta”) an additional seven CRJ-900 regional jet aircraft that were previously operated by another Delta Connection carrier. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
