ITEM 4.01 CHANGES IN REGISTRANT’S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT.
On October 15, 2007, the Board of Directors of Ireland Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Brown Armstrong Paulden McCown Starbuck Thornburgh & Keeter Accountancy Corporation (“Brown Armstrong”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm following the resignation of Telford Sadovnick, P.L.L.C., as disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filed on October 12, 2007.
