Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, and incorporated by reference herein, is a news release issued by Ireland Inc. (the “Company”) on May 26, 2009. The news release reports the results of bench scale leach tests conducted on samples composited from previously submitted and analyzed drill samples taken during the Company’s 2008 drill program.
