Item 8.01 Other Events.
Officers of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) used this investor presentation as a part of the marketing efforts related to its recently announced public offering. A copy of the investor presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
