Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 24, 2019, Comcast Corporation (“Comcast”) issued a press release reporting the results of its operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Exhibit 99.2 sets forth the reasons Comcast believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures contained in the press release provides useful information to investors regarding Comcast's results of operations and financial condition. To the extent material, Exhibit 99.2 also discloses the additional purposes, if any, for which Comcast's management uses these non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures with the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures is included in the press release itself.
