Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 6, 2015, Meru Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

(b) Mr. Larry Vaughan’s last day of employment with the Company was April 6, 2015. Mr. Vaughan was the Company’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations.
