Desert Hawk Gold Corp. director Phillip Holme died in New York City on or about April 30, 2020 of currently unknown causes. Mr. Holme and his company, H&H Metals, were instrumental in helping Desert Hawk navigate its recent reemergence as a significant gold producer and his presence with the company will be missed. All of the directors of the company very much enjoyed working with Philip, and we are deeply saddened by his untimely death at such a young age. We will all miss him very much.
No decision has been made at this time about a replacement to fill the vacancy on the Board of Director caused by Mr. Holme’s death.
