On July 23, 2015, FONU2 Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the approval of the Company’s Master Plan by the Effington County (Georgia) Board of Commissons to develop a 1,560 acre full service film production facility.
A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
