Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 14, 2009, Constitution Mining Corp. received notice of the untimely passing of its Vice President of Exploration, Dr. Miles Worsley. Dr. Worsley was a highly respected professional in the field of mineral exploration and had carried out geological assignments on all continents including Antarctica.
The board of directors, executive officers and professional staff of Constitution Mining Corp. extend their deepest condolences to Dr. Worsley's family, close friends and colleagues.
