Item 4.01 Change In Registrant’s Certifying Accountants.
On January 25, 2006, Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) was engaged by Superfund Capital Management, Inc. (the “Company”), the general partner of Quadriga Superfund, L.P. (the “Fund”), to serve as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Fund. During the Fund’s two most recent fiscal years and the interim period prior to engaging Deloitte, the Company has not consulted Deloitte on behalf of the Fund with respect to any of the matters described in Regulation S-K Item 304(a)(2)(i) or (ii).
