On August 15, 2005, Mr. Richard E. McDonald resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of World Health Alternatives, Inc.
The Company’s Board of Directors has appointed John Sercu, its Chief Operating Officer, as acting President and Chief Executive Officer until such time as the Board of Directors appoints a permanent President and Chief Executive Officer.
