The quarterly report of the registrant on Form 10-Q could not be filed because management requires additional time to compile and verify the data required to be included in the report due to the stock based compensation transactions that occurred during the period. The report will be filed within five days of the date the original report was due.

The Company had no revenues in the comparable period ending June 30, 2007. However, as the Company changed its business during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007 and commenced some mineral exploration activities, the Company estimates that it will have a net loss of $5,337,222 for the six month period ending June 30, 2008 and for the six month period ending June 30, 2007, the Company’s net loss was $8,228. This increase in net loss is primarily attributable to the Company’s expenses related to commencement of its mineral exploration program, stock based compensation expenses for consultants and increased general and administrative expenses related to an increase of staff at the Company.
