Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On May 5, 2005, we entered into an employment agreement with Derek Peine, who will serve as our plant manager. Mr. Peine’s employment began on April 4, 2005. Pursuant to the employment agreement, we will pay Mr. Peine a base salary and a one-time payment for moving expenses. In addition, he will be eligible for an annual bonus based on his achievement of performance conditions.
