Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition and Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 18, 2006, the Registrant’s Board of Directors approved a cash distribution of $159.00 per membership unit for a total distribution of $3,481,782 to its unit holders of record as of June 30, 2006. The Registrant anticipates that the distribution will be paid before the end of August 2006.
A copy of the press release announcing and describing this distribution was made available on the Registrant’s website on August 21, 2006 and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
