Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2009, Medco Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its 2009 Analyst Day conference. As previously announced by the Company through a press release issued on November 10, 2009, the Company is also hosting a live webcast of its Analyst Day conference in listen-only mode today beginning at 8:00 am EST.
