Currently, Express Scripts employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to accrue PTO hours each pay period based on their years of service and job classification in accordance with an accrual schedule. Employees may carry a balance of up to 280 hours of PTO. Paid holiday time is offered to full-time employees (must work 30+ hours) for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. 11/18/11 H-10: What is Express Scripts current work-from-home policy? When will we know what the go-forward policy will be for the new company? Express Scripts’ work-from-home policy covers employees who work from home the majority of the time and do not require dedicated office/cube space.
