Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 15, 2005, NuVim, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had expanded its test of distribution of its NuVim® nutritional beverages at Wal-Mart stores by adding an additional distribution center that services approximately 40 Wal-Mart Supercenters. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K report.
