Symbol Change. On February 13, 2007, EAU Technologies, Inc. (formerly known as Electric Aquagenics Unlimited, Inc.) (the “Company”) announced that the symbol for its stock as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board will change to “EAUI.OB.” This symbol change is due to the recent corporate name change to EAU Technologies, Inc., as announced in the Company’s Form 8-K filed on January 17, 2007. The symbol change will take effect on the open of trading on February 13, 2007.
