Item 8.01. Other Events.
Tax Treatment of 2005 Dividends
In our press release today, we announced the tax treatment of our 2005 distributions to our shareholders as follows: $0.408 or 63.8% is classified as ordinary taxable dividend; and $.232 or 36.2% is classified as return of capital on the Form 1099-DIV. For more details, please see a copy of the aforementioned press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
