Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 4, 2007, Bakers Footwear Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing comparable store sales for the two-month period beginning October 29, 2006 and ending December 30, 2006.
The Company also announced participation in both the Cowen and Company 5th Annual Consumer Conference and the 9th Annual ICR XChange Conference in January 2007.
